After-Sales Service Representative (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Receiving, processing, and tracking service requests
- Analyzing and independently resolving electronic and control system malfunctions
- Providing technical support and fostering our existing customer relationships
- Preparing and finalizing technical and commercial proposals
- Professionally handling and resolving customer complaints
- Actively promoting after-sales services and service products
- Close, cross-departmental collaboration with internal specialist departments
Your Profile
- Completed technical training, e.g., as a technician (m/f/d) in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the commissioning of semi- or fully automated systems is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of working with electrical and electronic components
- Knowledge of automation and control technology, ideally with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens) or experience with programmable logic controllers and visualization tools (e.g., WinCC, TIA Portal)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong teamwork skills
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
- Very good German language skills, as well as good written and spoken English
